Terrible bad service
Passable passable passable.
Let me start with my biggest complaint is some of the neighbors not the complex itself. People in this area can be entitled and rude. That’s something no apartment complex can fix. I’ve been living here for 3 years and can honestly say this place is better than many places in the area. Is it expensive? Stayed here for 4 years. I loved my apartment but every year my rent went up by around $200. The building is pretty money hungry. It has very nice amenities but I had many issues with management after the building manager change. I’ve gotten my car towed 3 times, it’s a massive building with very few guest parking spots that is first come first serve and only take cash (maybe 10 spots total) & the parking spots are SMALL (I’ve gotten my car hit in the parking lot overnight, they have NO cameras in the lot).
