Great experience at wildwood. Staff were helpful and appointment was on time. Dr Popoff was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Wonderful experience, staff appears to be professional and the testing is very thorough.
Always a fantastic experience. Dr Sas is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She sees both myself and my two young sons. She always takes the time to explain things and is amazing with my kids. The office staff are also extremely kind and friendly. We always have a positive experience at our appointments.
I recently visited the optical clinic and was extremely disappointed with the service. The reception staff were very rude and unprofessional. I purchased several pairs of glasses, but one of them did not fit properly. When I requested an appointment with the doctor to resolve the issue, they outright refused to schedule me!!! Moreover, some of the receptionists struggled to write down words even when I spelled them out letter by letter. I had to resort to using phonetic terms like "S as in Sierra..." which made the communica... read more
