It’s a very clean neat well maintained Apartment
Moderate rent compared to other places in Sunnyvale. Good value for money. Some people complained about roaches. I didn’t have experience of this. Leasing office has one lady called Marie. She is very rude. One service guy called frito, very unfriendly and rude. There is a gym and pool. Property maintained properly. Need some cctv though.
