The park is beautiful. Getting perhaps a bit run down over the past 2 years. Homes there are purchased, and lots of land are leased. In 2023, Haven Park Communities LLC estate investment and property management company purchased it and currently operates it. The lot rent increased from $550/mth to increases of $100/mth/yr beyond that for existing residents $1500/mth for new buyers.
