New owners are trying to flush the residents out. Raising rents for anyone interested in buying a home to $1500 space rent A month. When you have a good majority of seniors some who live on Social Security having to pay that much rent IN ADDITION to buying the property it’s an impossible situation.

Too many people with not enough to do. A few too many unkept lots makes it look low class. Not an active retirement community. The water goes off 1-2x every couple months because the pipes are old and you can't take a shower laundry or cook. Often it's for almost 5-hours6at a time. Inconvenient. Too much favoritism. The owners walk around for 6 months of the year. They do the landscaping May-Sept. It's not private unless you close your curtains and don't talk to anyone. Some of us do.
