I sincerely appreciated the time the owner took to make the arrangement for our employee who suddenly lost his dear mother. The care and concern she has for her work and the service she provides to the community is a blessing, and while I am out of state, Idaho is lucky to have such a kind and professional shop like this. We had such an excellent experience working with Laurel for planning and on the day of with Brooklyn. Her team was on site at our venue on time and did such stunning flowers on the arch as as well as the bride’s bouquet and flowers for the centerpieces. They got everything set up in plenty of time and everything looked absolutely stunning. It was exactly what my couple wanted, and my bride was so happy with how her bridal bouquet looked. They did an excellent job!

I ordered a bouquet last Friday, January 3rd and am disappointed in the quality of the bouquet. It was delivered so I have only seen a picture. The recipient was disappointed as well. After reading reviews I believe it must not have met your usual standards. In defense it was right before closing for the day. I would rather have been told that what I wanted was unavailable. Hoping to do business with you in the future with better results. Kathy
