Update: When Dr. O’Neill found out about my situation, he promptly reached out. It was reassuring being able to speak to him directly, and I appreciate that he took the time to listen to my concerns and acknowledged the challenges with my case. He was upfront about what happened and has offered a fair resolution. While my initial experience with the office staff was frustrating, I do feel that Dr. O’Neill genuinely cares about his patients and wants to stand by his work. Kennedy was very nice and fun. Dr Mike was as always very nice and funny. Very chill and relaxed.
