This is one of the most unprofessional and worst apartments I have ever lived in not only have they lost my lease TWICE. They still haven’t given me a new lease sign and my lease has been up for over two months. They also demanded I pay rent with a money order then LOST MY RENT AND I WAS NEVER COMPENSATED. I have also been waiting since August to get my dishwasher fixed when Maintenance came to fix my dishwasher, they actually made it worse so now it’s crooked and leaking all over the floor and they still refusedto fix it. Recently moved in, and let me tell you! Management is so caring, they helped me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable and cared about, met the nice maintenance man! I had questions about a outlet and he was quick to answer and help out! I totally appreciated it.! Definitely will be in good hands living here!
Just moved in. New management Olympic has been wonderful so far. Only reason not 5 star to start is no elevators in building and wasn't able to get a unit with washer/dryer. Will update review after been living at the property for a while. So far so good though.
DO not move here. I arrived home from my 4am-11am shift which I had to leave my home at 2am to be on time too. The landlord watched me walk into my apartment then rudely knocked on my door accusing me of smoking even though she just saw me walk in. Her behavior was wildly inappropriate especially for a some of her age. Not only did she knock once but she came back and knocked a second time to try and argue some more.
