I moved to Wildwood Acres October 2017 it was privately owned at that time and it was a decent Park I won't get into everything that the other two corporations did but I can tell you this we had a manager that got overwhelmed extremely quick and became lame duck not bad-mouthing her it's the truth but back to this all three corporations that have owned us including Cobblestone promised a swimming pool that's what came straight from the office there were four of us volunteering our time to host events in the clubhouse to keep... read more
I was looking to move to Florida and in the process found my current residence and I connected with Colleen Coleman, at Wildwood Acres, who went above and beyond expectations and who turned out to be very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. If one is in need of a person that goes the extra mile to be sure you are taken care of, it is Colleen. To this day she has become a friend. Twinkie and I highly recommend her.
We moved here in 2020. Rent was $350 if I'm recalling correctly. We were told at that time that a pool was in the works. So far no pool. Can't use the pools that are right down the street though because they're in a different park 🙄 Rent just went from $400 to $472 in one year! Not good for people on a fixed income. This doesn't include any utilities etc. Amenities are non-existent other than a clubhouse that's not even in our section of the park.
