Sad to say…unprofessional operation. I left after 3 days. I’m sad because Reinier and I were friends. In addition, I was with three among other friends to whom I had recommended this trip. Finally, this whole thing was preventable with a sincere, professional apology. I cannot change anyone’s perception but here are the facts- They partied with half the group.
