About 4 years ago, I took my 40+ year old wedding band to a high end jewelry store to have the break repaired, built up and re-brushed. They did repair the break, did not build it up and what they called re-brushing, I would call gouging! Well, it broke again and this time I took it to Ted. It took longer than expected BUT he called to let me know he was waiting on a special tool to do the re-brushing. When I picked it up, I got tears in my eyes. It looked like new!
