I ordered the designer’s choice bouquet for $85. What I received was effectively a shot glass sized arrangement with no pop - nothing special. No wonder they don’t have pictures on their website. I’m including a pic next to a small candle for size reference. Won’t waste money on these folks again!
This was already my favorite florist in Buffalo but they absolutely exceeded expectations with these arrangements for my baby shower! Kayla was excellent to work with especially when offering stylistic opinions and helping the vision come to life.
Wildroot was kind enough to do a bouquet, two boutonnières, and a corsage for my elopement at an incredibly affordable rate. Kayla was communicative and pleasant; she made the entire process seamless and delivered an absolutely stunning product. Pick up was easy and I couldn’t be more in love with my bouquet! My only regret was that I couldn’t travel across the country with it afterwards. Thank you to Kayla and the Wildroot team!
I kept trying to order some birthday flowers for my cousin in Buffalo NY. For some reason the order would not go through. I called and had the impression that the order I put in last night was the same order that was going to be put in today. The woman that answered the phone NEVER said anything about a $25. Service fee. When the order was complete and placed I noticed a $25. service fee and I inquired about it. All she could say was all florists charge this fee.
