Update December 2023: RECOMMENDATION - If you’re having Chesmar build your home you had better inspect EVERYTHING as it’s being built. Their quality control is haphazard at best. Chesmar has been reasonably good at addressing issues with the home HOWEVER what I would say is that we were sold a home that was supposedly “move in ready”. As a realtor, I can’t recommend Chesmar Homes Wildridge enough. The homes are beautifully crafted and everyone took wonderful care of my clients. Sergio and Diane will take wonderful care of you!!
This is What you Call a HOME, Best builder i came across, its been two years In wildridge Happy with what we have
SUMMARY - At this point I would not buy a Chesmar home again. Stay tuned for some details BUT just to bring in some humor…one toilet that was working fine all the sudden would not drain AND plunging had no impact. Chesmar sent their plumber out and, after removing the toilet, he found a hunk of brick clogging the line!! One of the subs thought the drain line would be great for trash disposal!!
