I had the pleasure to Visit a family friend for the first time since they moved in. Up on my arrival I witnessed a Lady helping the Visitor or the Client getting out of their car. Management is terrible. Frances is dishonest and unapologetic. She makes excuses when you bring a concern or incident to her attention. Instead of showing empathy and understanding, she attempts to control the conversation and outcome. My elderly father was miserable there.
The greatest thing I ever did for my father was find and get him a room at Wildpine Residence. It is a relatively new home that is well organized, has excellent cleaning crews and the building is being maintained at a very high standard. That is all great, but what separates Wildpine from its competitors is the staff; from the top down the staff is incredibly energetic, kind, and engaged with the tenants while sincerely caring for your loved one.
