Lived here for over 2 years and the elevator in the B building breaks once a week and traps people. They refuse to fix it despite our complaints and the safety issue. I will be putting my condo up for sale and leaving because their solution is to post the below sign instead of fixing the elevator correctly. Horrible patch work ever week. Very disappointed and recommend looking elsewhere as I am an owner and don’t see my HOA fees approving anything.

I have been living here four months and this condominium is very clean and cared for inside and out. The people are very friendly, and they are very serious about keeping the place in good shape as per basic guidelines/rules of the condominiums
