Food was very good! Our favourite out of the four was the kale salad and the steak!

Wilding is raising the bar for dining in Kelowna. We had an exquisite experience celebrating a birthday with the carte blanche and wine pairings. The accompanying wine brought out the depth of flavours in each dish and the courses flowed beautifully into one another. I’m still thinking about that black garlic on the cabbage…
Without a doubt, the best cuisine in the Okanagan. Chef Sai is a visionary and the service of the staff was incredible. Very impressed!
It was a fantastic experience. We really like the concept and the food. Especially the service was outstanding. Whoever wrote the wine list did a marvelous job, such a good read.
