We had a wonderful stay. The hotel room was very beautiful, extremely clean, and everything was modern and well designed. From our room, we were even able to see kangaroos. We also received two complimentary tours – the sanctuary tour and a second tour through the zoo outside of opening hours. Both tours were very informative and truly special experiences. Highly recommended! We would love to come back. It’s something really special.
This was one of the best experiences of my life, the perfect way to spend my birthday. Staff is just amazing, the food is delicious, the bed is super comfortable, there is absolutely nothing to complain. Customer service is top level, they are super understanding, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. And the animals, oh my God! They seem so happy and well taken care of and knowing every dollar I spend goes towards them, they care they receive and the amazing staff who takes such great care of them just makes everything better. ... read more
