I like that they restrict the number of children can be there at the same time. The park has soft floor and enough obstacles for kids to have fun. I also saw people cleaning the park during maintenance time, which also was nice. However, the front staff are kinda rude and not helpful. I registered with short version of my name, they asked if that is my real name and I explained that’s what I go by. They told me to use my REAL name on ID. The 2 Filipina ladies working on Feb 1 are extremely rude and arrogant, no wonder this place gets so many negative reviews for customer service
0 star because i made a reservation at 1:30pm a day before but the system didn't show my info when checking in. They refused to let my kid go in because of their system issue...
I really like the concept of registration so that they can limit the number of kids.
