I felt the receptionist was not very welcoming and seemed irritated. It was very off putting and unprofessional in my opinion. My husband owns a practice and we believe that the front desk plays a crucial role in shaping the patients experience. While I cannot speak to the quality of care from the medical staff, I do feel that a warm and welcoming environment is vital for patients.

I was sent to Dr Cain in Nov 2023 after having an MRI 2 months prior for severe sinus issues. I was in his office for 5 min where he told me there wasn't anything serious and to try a nasal spray he prescribed. For the next 2 years my symptoms became extreme including my teeth rotting, bowel issues, severe naseau, and terrible migraines. Dr. Mondin is an excellent doctor with a kind soul and wonderful sense of humor. His staff are friendly and the clinic is gorgeous. He recently widened the opening of my left side cheek sinus to reduce my risk of sinus infections. The surgery went exactly as he said it woud, with an unexpected bonus! I have a very somatic anxiety disorder that makes me vomit so hard that my face and eyes swell and bruise for days, but the bruising is gone now... The specialist services are excellent. Dr Mondin has done amazing when dealing with my son. The lack of two stars is for reception. Non personable, and never seem to be in a good mood.
