I started the program 2 months ago mostly because I wasn't getting anywhere with my traditional providers and I didn't mind paying out of pocket for a service who would guarantee results. I made a good decision. My doctor at Wildhawk is persistent and has worked with me individually each week to figure out what is causing my hip, lower back and foot pain and to administer a variety of treatments. I have seen Troy for four sessions and he has helped me gain strength , flexibility and balance. After an initial assessment, he determined some muscular weaknesses and designed a program for targeting those areas. He also did hands on work to loosen tight neck muscles, resulting in relief of pain and stiffness. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I highly recommend him.
I went to Wildhawk bcs they advertised to runners. I had recently started running again (after 20 years!) and wanted to do so safely and future proof. Sydney has been amazing, analyzed, treated, pushed and pulled, gave me exercises to do at home and now I feel confident that my improvements will keep me active and I greatly reduced the risk of injuries.
Yi Tu was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She fixed all my little quirks coming back from a hamstring injury and I was able to do my first sprint tri in 6 weeks after working with her.
I am Incredibly grateful for WildHawk Physical Therapy. I have been working with Yi Tu and she has helped me have a better understanding of what was wrong with my hip. Between the things she did during my visit and the suggested exercises I've done at home, I am feeling so much better and able to participate in physical activities again. She has been a joy to work with and everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming.
