My personal experience was positive, and resulted in a quick delivery, which the recipient very much appreciated. I have to say, had a read some of the replies of the reviews from the owner, I may have thought twice about ordering. Reviews good or bad, are part of doing business, and not every job is perfect. However, the snark in the replies was really unnecessary.
