Extremely disappointed. Called and ordered flowers for my wifes birthday to be delivered in the morning. While on the phone, the woman asked multiple times if someone would be there to receive the flowers in the morning. On the day of my wife's birthday she asked to go out for breakfast, and I wanted to but also wanted to be there for the delivery. This is a high-end flower shop, with unique gift items that my fiance uses on a regular basis; Birthdays, Valentines day, Anniversaries and he has flowers delivered to me "once a month." We are full-time residents on the mountain. The quality of arrangements and the flowers are upscale and unique. Lately (in my last 2 arrangements), MANY of the flowers have been dying as-soon-as the next day and beyond (even though I re-cut the stems DAILY and add fresh cold water)?
