Really liked Amanda until she totally ghosted me! I texted her several weeks before my appointment and she ignored all of my texts. Even the one saying that I guess I shouldnt show up to the appointment. Finally she canceled my appointment through the booking app, with zero explanation. If you’re going to ignore people, at least turn your read receipts off. Last time I saw her, everything was great and we booked my next appointment. She gave zero explanation. Super unprofessional, and quite frankly, immature.

I was a client if Amanda’s for 5 to 6 years and even followed her when she moved from Tampa to Odessa. I loved the way she did my hair and thought we had a friendship as well. I also bought products & tried to support her business. I was shocked when she texted me to cancel my appointment an hour before the appointment time (and this was not the first cancelled appointment). She is very talented but extremely unprofessional. Cancel my appointment twice last time with a text saying she wasn’t feeling great so she couldn’t do my hair, she didn’t offer another appointment or day to come! Unreliable and irresponsible business!
