Great doctor and staff!
Ive been having a frustrating experience with this provider while trying to get help with an ongoing health concern. I felt that my questions about my recurring symptoms were dismissed rather than addressed. During a phone call I was told by the doctor that she did not have time to go back and forth with me. I understand that doctors are busy, but the communication felt rushed and unhelpful… which it always does when I come in for visits. The lady who just hanged up the phone on me just now , you’re very rude and you inconsiderate Update::: After reading you response I can badly say it’s disappointing that you’re defending your team and not actually being honest . Who ever picked up the phone on 17 th February about 11:17 am was very rude and the call wasn’t disconnected. I asked her for help and she dropped the call on me .
I will rate 3 stars to be neutral since I haven't been able to experience this place. I called multiple time in January for a new patient visit since this place has good reviews and is in my insurance's network, but these people haven't answered or called back ONCE! Even when I called at different times of the day, once a couple minutes after opening and nothing.
