If there was a negative star I would give it. We were told first it was a two bedroom. Then could barely get our vehicle to the cabin which was awful. Then the shower was in the bathtub in the same room as the bed and living room with the smallest tv possible with two rocking chairs to set in. Nothing like we thought it was going to be. My wife reserved the Mayapple for our 23rd wedding anniversary. We came to the area for our first honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, she did not do enough homework when booking our surprise anniversary trip through wildflower mountain rentals. We have had a terrible experience with the management and we're very disappointed in the way we have been treated and with the cabin. Rented cabin for time between Christmas and new years. Billed as having heating, full kitchen, etc. Kitchen stove worked poorly, dishes and utensils that were there were very dirty, no pans to speak of, no spatula or other items to prepare food. Heater kept place at about 68 on lower level but about 8 degrees less upstairs. We were glad we brought a Jeep Wrangler as I would not have even attempted to enter the driveway in a normal automobile. For the price, $891.00, we were very disappointed with what we got.
