Sarah was very informative. She spent alot of time sharing specific exercises and ideas that she believes will benefit my forward progression. Her massage focused primarily on the muscles she felt needed attention.

Sarah gave me my first massage ever today. She was very great about explaining everything to me. The atmosphere in the room was very relaxing. Before I left I scheduled two more appointments!!! I can already feel relief in my problem areas!!

I’ve had massages in the past but never fascia work before. I came in with going on 3 weeks of a migraine, neck/shoulder/back pain and an arm injury. She was so knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. I didn’t expect fascia work to release tension and pain the way it did! She even sent me home with some homework—things to work on to help improve things causing pain! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend her!
