Sarah was fantastic! The atmosphere was welcoming. She was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything in detail. Definitely will be back.
Sarah was very informative. She spent alot of time sharing specific exercises and ideas that she believes will benefit my forward progression. Her massage focused primarily on the muscles she felt needed attention.
Sarah gave me my first massage ever today. She was very great about explaining everything to me. The atmosphere in the room was very relaxing. Before I left I scheduled two more appointments!!! I can already feel relief in my problem areas!!
