I would not recommend this practice based on my family’s experience. We sought care here for our children and were told that the practice would submit claims to our insurance company. I wholeheartedly recommend Jaclyn Sappah and her team. She brings a grounded, compassionate presence and a genuinely holistic approach to trauma work. Jaclyn thoughtfully integrates EMDR with mind-body practices (including yoga, meditation, and Reiki) to help clients get to the root of trauma and anxiety, not just manage symptoms. If you’re looking for trauma-informed care that honors both nervous system healing and deeper emotional transformation, Wildflower Center for Counseling is an excellent choice.

The administrative staff are on top of their game by means of feeling welcome, efficient, ... read more

There was something about this place that I trusted despite not wanting to trust therapy. After filling out the intake, I was contacted within a da... read more
