I would not recommend this practice based on my family’s experience. We sought care here for our children and were told that the practice would submit claims to our insurance company. After months of treatment, we were unexpectedly informed that we owed a significant balance for prior sessions. Jaclyn thoughtfully integrates EMDR with mind-body practices (including yoga, meditation, and Reiki) to help clients get to the root of trauma and anxiety, not just manage symptoms. If you’re looking for trauma-informed care that honors both nervous system healing and deeper emotional transformation, Wildflower Center for Counseling is an excellent choice.
Wildflower Center for Counseling has been and continues to be a a sanctuary…a place of “I get to go to…” rather than a place of “I have to go to…”. TLDR: This place has changed my life. I don’t know where I would be without them. The long version: I was definitely one of those guys that was never going to see a therapist because I was “fine”.
