Worse home builder in UT. Buyer beware. Richmond's overall floor plans are good but their quality of work, finishes and customer service fall very short to the many other options in UT. They are expensive for the quality they provide. Richmonds tagline after you sign and comes from Brock and their leader Paul..."there is no such thing as a perfect house" or another favorite "you should have gone with a custom built with your expectations"...who says this? Folks that have 1 goal...their bottom line.
Building is much more than meets the eye. These plans have a wow factor to them.
