It is a little haven. You will feel like new after a session. There's 3 Sauna you can choose from. They are clean and the service is great.

Excellent service! I highly recommend. Thank you to the kind staff member who explained how to use all the sauna settings. The vibe is super calming and refreshing, I can’t wait to come back!
Booked a sauna session an evening in advance and then the afternoon of my appointment became quite ill. Called to let the reception know and was advised that I could obtain a refund as I was not from NSW and wouldn’t be able to reschedule. Almost a year later and I still haven’t recieved the refund despite numerous requests and recent email confirmation that she has received my emails.
