Had a great time training here with Anthony Dinh while I was temporarily in Nanaimo. I got an amazing deal with their introductory offer to the group strength training class. Unfortunately that class has been discontinued due to lack of clients, but they have lots of other options, and maybe they’ll bring something like it back in the future. I highly recommend Anthony as a trainer, and if I were staying in Nanaimo long term I would 100% keep training with him.
I highly recommend Binti Patel, Physiotherapist at Wildewood Health. I’ve been under her care for over 3 months for a muscle tear injury, and her targeted pain management approach has made a huge difference in my recovery. Binti is so understanding and considerate. She tailored a treatment plan that took into account not just the injury, but all the other factors affecting my healing.
