The water is never on. They turn it off in the morning and it doesn't get turned back on until night time. 1 star for the very nice receptionist. 1 star for the helpful maintenance guy, plus another star for how understanding they can be on rent. Overall quality is lacking though. The complex is just outdated.
Worst apartments to live in water never works if your ac is broke they come late as hell to fix it to the pint where you have to wait another day pools suck honestly these apartments suck wouldn’t recommend living here
Water is turned off daily, if something is broke don’t expect it to be fixed. When I first moved in the were pretty good about getting things done but after I was there a few months my dish washer broke and was NEVER fixed. I lived there for over a year. Had open communication with Pam the property manager/leasing manager and when I moved out they hit me with a $2600 bill. 2600?!?! That’s 3 months worth of living there!!!!
