The company I work for has took over at least 5 properties Wildernest managed. I met a few of the guys though out the years in Summit County. 1 of the maintenance guys was very negative about my management company taking over. This company is always always hiring and neglects properties constantly. Be warned, do your research on Property Management Companies in Summit County.
Wildernest Property Management has managed our HOA for the 5 years that we have owned our place. There communication is sub par, and there accounting is sloppy. We have been double charged on automatic withdrawls several times, only to get a credit instead of the refund that we asked for. We have been assessed late fees on payments that are not late (and we were treated poorly on the phone when we asked to have the late fees removed).
