Just had the rudest call experince ive ever dealt with. Was told my buddy with the code reader should just fix it then rudely, when trying to ask about the code my machine keeps tripping for Cam shaft postion sensor and high/ low voltage. Told me three times in the min I was on the phone with him its just the fuel filter and spark plugs in a rude tone. Decided ill just order the CPS sensor, new battery, fuel filter and spark plugs from anchorage if thats how they talk to people and ill definitely snow-check the new machine s... read more
Order scratchers and received scratcher for a completely diffrent ride
Worker claimed they had not received my snowmobile yet to repair it and waited until after my warranty was up to repair my skidoo
Clerk was not very helpful when trying to return an item and was very combative and adamant.
Not a very professional establishment.
