For two athletic adults this was a fantastic experience. This wasn’t a nose-to-tail boring walk - we really had to ride (albeit slowly). Our horses were well trained and our guides were fun and knowledgeable. We give it a 10/10 for adults and families with kids too.
We have been coming to this location for the past 23 years, starting when the resort was a Best Western. This is the second year in a row that we have come and ridden the horses. The staff has always been great to us, extremely knowledgeable and caring for the animals. My wife and I have become attached to several of the horses over the years but I do think it's this past year that has brought us even closer. The best horse riding I had in years! The team is absolutely incredible, savvy riders and knowledgeable about the Utah’s fauna, flora and geology! Sweet and calm horses, everything super safe. I would love to do it again!
We had an incredible time hiking with our llama friends. The hike itself alone is worth paying for, through territory that you would otherwise not access. Having an individual llama to lead and spend the day with was the highlight of our six-park national park tour for my eight and ten year old children. They were encouraged to coddle and create a bond with their boys.
