I love the rooms and love the Wilderness. They have great prices, but the way the Lake is managed is deplorable. The GM is terrible. A few years ago we had broken glass all over our floor and when we brought it up they had no concern for the inconvenience at all. This time the outdoor hot tub was closed because of a dangerous icicle hanging above the outdoor hot tub which I completely understand but when I inquired if it could be taken care of before the end of our stay the GM first pretended like he wasn’t the guy to talk t... read more
Very good
I stay here every year. Staff is always friendly and rooms are ok. The "Starbucks" advertised isn't really a Starbucks and only serves reg coffee and maybe one other drink. They shouldn't be able to call it Starbucks.
