We had work done coordinating with our septic company to replace a septic alarm. We were charged over 2,000 for a 3 hour repair because they added on 2 hours of travel time (Maple Valley to Sammamish) to our charges and billed for 2 electricians because an assistant was along on the job. Most of the time one was working while the other was chatting with the septic repairman. Quality companies that don't take advantage of customers are hard to find, and this is definitely one of those rarities!
