Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. The beds were not comfortable.
Housekeeping on the whole resort is lacking,seems as tho they were laid off ,sink is not in the bathrooms,not enough room,be careful not to fall off balconies on 4th floor,they are only about 2ft wide,this space is taken up by a chair and table,just be careful
Make sure you don’t leave your soaky mountain passes in the room unsupervised because house keeping will steal them! We found the pamphlet and all its other contents except the tickets left untouched and when we reported it to guest services they played dumb and turned us away. Took over an hour just for them to tell us there’s nothing they can do. All around terrible experience.
