Great setting for Advanced Wilderness Life Support training. The staff was friendly, food abundant and good, and facilities well cared for and nicely rustic
What a wonderful Labor Day weekend wedding we just enjoyed. Everything was super including the family staying in Sly Lodge, the ceremony, the reception, the wonderful food, the beautiful setting , the zip line, climbing wall, canoe and floating down the river- but most of all - the excellent and friendly staff - even the dogs!! Perfect, perfect, perfect!!!
Absolutely beautiful! !! The staff is amazing! We had a great time and plan to make it a yearly trip!
Shamus is looking forward to his third summer at WAEL. Awesome camp experience in the Virginia mountains!
