My wife and I have lived in the Wilderness for over 5 years. The community and the people are fantastic, but Ivie Lane leaves a lot to be desired. We’ve had bad weather here, like a lot of other places this week. But we haven’t had water for over 3 days and haven’t seen the manager since sometime in December. If able to get ahold of her, it seems like she is blaming the residents of the Wilderness. Ivie Lane main goal is to get as much money out of the community but not do anything to keep it up.
I love this community! My In-laws have lived here for 40 years and it has been wonderful for them. It is very well kept, they have all kinds of activities for residents, they have a heated pool with a chair lift! It’s peaceful and quiet, and surrounded by wildlife!
