I called Clinton with the Finance department to get an estimate of what we would get back from cancelling the GAP and EXTENDED warranty if we traded Friday. I needed to know what reimbursement the lien holder would receive. The finance officer Said he would call me right back. I never got a call back and the next day. If only ZERO stars were an option. Never, and I mean NEVER purchase a rig from Wilder in Clinton, MO. We drove 4 days from the Oregon coast to secure this 5th wheel. Our salesman, Ben lied to us every step of the way. From price, to negotiation, to timing, to rig inspection, to installation, to prep. I mean LITERALLY EVERYTHING. After 4 days of travel and 2 days in a motel in Clinton, MO, we told them to void the sale and got the heck outta there! Was told that everything worked and was tested. Found a whole in the floor on a slide out had to replace. The black tank clean out valve rod is snapped so had to replace the whole rod to the tank. While dropping the under belly to replace the rod, realized the whole underbelly and insulation was filled with feces from the leaking black tank. Do not trust these scammers!!! I asked the guy straight up why so cheap and he told me just because there was an odor....
