I've lived at Wilder Park for two years. It had major renovating completed 4 years ago. Management is responsive. Neighbors are friendly. I enjoy living here.
Wilder Park is a great place to live. It's located in the highly rated Macalester-Groveland neighborhood of Saint Paul, MN. It's close to Trader Joes, the shops on Grand Ave., and the freeways. We moved here in 2021. Over the past few years, the Wilder Park Tower directors have approved many nice upgrades to the interiors and exterior windows, the hot water boiler, the trash compactor, plumbing, and safety aspects of the building.
