Update: We are now dealing directly with the Factory to address our many issues. Inspector just confirmed this week that we have 4/5” less insulation in spots in our attic (we paid extra for 9”/R33). Nightmare experience - which is still ongoing. Please consider Bremerton Future Homes or Mountain View Homes instead. The list of issues, serious & cosmetic are utterly endless.
