Service so good that having access to it is a good reason to buy a Subaru. I bought from an Alex and another Alex provided service. Both were memorably fantastic. Even those not named "Alex" are terrific. Highly recommend.
Beyond a 10 out of 10. Rob and the team have earned my complete trust. Toyota told me my alternator was bad and quoted about $3,000 not including labor. I came to Subaru, Rob fit me in for a diagnostic minutes before closing, and they stayed late to finish it. They confirmed the issue but were honest that I have one to two years and don’t need to rush, and showed me a real price of around $1,500 including labor. Hughly recommend! I am cental to 3 different Subaru dealers and while Wilde is a few minutes further, their exceptional customer service, great communication, and friendly staff make it worth it. My Service Advisor Eric did a phenomenal job keeping me informes on the status of service and resolving a warning light. It was great to see gow the advisors all worked seamlessly together to assist each other and prioritize their customers. WELL DONE!!!
