The parts I needed were in stock. The staff member was courteous and efficient. The owner(s) of this very large and outwardly successful business has now decided to charge customers a fee for paying with a credit card. This is not a little mom&pop store or hole-in-the-wall restaurant. No Subaru dealership is close to my location, so all require a substantial drive. In the future, I will call the others first and see which one is not so greedy and pathetic that they feel the need to charge an extra fee.
Chris was very helpful and prices are very competitive
