Had Dylan out today to evaluate and repair a twenty year old system. What a Pro! He made great recommendations and effected the necessary repairs openly and very quickly. I can't wait to have him complete some recommended upgrades.

Company left the water running when turning my sprinkler system on. I didn't catch it until when I got home. my water bill was $300 higher. When I've called to complain they do not care nor have customer service that even acts like they care. They are still more than happy to charge for their work which flooded my neighbors yard. Technician was rude and so was person at front desk when I called. They also do not seem to document calls as there was conveniently no record of me calling to complain about this.
