Brand NEW 2025 CR-V, First oil change at 4,300 miles ~ they Forgot to screw the plug in TIGHT & a couple days later we found a quart of oil had leaked inside our garage on the floor & oily tire marks on our new asphalt driveway! 🤐 Ughhh!!!
Called two weeks ago about a recall letter. Never received a call back. Went in to show the letter and ask about it. Sarah was absolutely rude and made it clear that she had no time for me even though I literallyonly needed 30 seconds of her time. I love my Honda, but when I buy another one, I will definitely go elsewhere.
It took several minutes before anyone even recognized that I was there for a scheduled appointment. The technician video was just as fast clip of the underside of my car, no audio to explain what he was looking at. There was dripping from the fuel filter, I presume that was because they were changing the oil, but again no audio. Can’t seem to fix a simple alignment issue on a HONDA ACCORD. After 3 visits, the issue is still not fixed.
edit in response to reply: Was in college three years ago. Honda accord stopped turning on. Got it towed to the Honda dealership. Didn’t receive a verbal or written estimate. I didn’t know it at the time, but the only thing that was wrong was the key fob needed to be replaced. Ended up getting charged $300 something for the part cost of replacing the key fob + like 90 minutes of labor (which I thought was unreasonable because they should’ve known to check the key fob pretty quickly) Had to go back and forth with the customer... read more
