I usually avoid writing negative reviews, especially when past experiences have always been great. But this last visit was terrible—bad enough that I won’t be going back. Mal servicio, mala atencion, espere mas de 4 horas y pague por un servicio que nuca se hizo, primero en media hora me enviaron a casa y al darme cuenta que no se hizo el trabajo, retorne a hacerlo, he ahi donde espere mas de 4 horas y tampoco se hizo el servicio, menciono también el mal servicio en cuanto la acción de respuesta. Simplemente no iré mas ni gratis
We will never be going to a dealership for service or for buying a car ever again. This place is an absolute cash grab. They charge higher rates than anyone within a 25 mile radius. We were charged $316 for a coolant flush after they repaired a leaking water pump in my 2020 Grand Cherokee. They do not communicate at all about the status of your repairs either. I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wilde in 2019, then purchased it in 2022 when my lease was up. I had a great experience with the sales team both times. Very patient, worked quickly and gave me a great deal when I purchased my vehicle on service packages. I would give the Sales Department alone 5 stars.
