I had a scheduled appt to diagnose a noise my jeep compass was making in the under carriage. At the time of scheduling the diagnosis, I was not told the fee for the diagnosis was $210.00. I found out when I checked in. Upon arrival for my 9am appt on 9/2, I was told they were “tying up loose ends” & would hopefully get to it in an hour. 2 1/2 hrs later (from my 9am scheduled appt) my vehicle had still not been looked at. The service team at Wilde Jeep did a fantastic job. I’ve been having some issues with the steering assist with my Jeep. Another dealer couldn’t figure it out despite two different attempts. I took it to Wilde as a last effort to hopefully get another set of eyes on it. Not only did they diagnose the problem correctly they even contacted Jeep and went to bat for me and got a one time customer partial warranty coverage. This occurred despite being out of warranty. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET SERVICED!!! I bought my car here, along with an additional warranty through Zurich that they AGGRESSIVELY pushed on me until I caved. ​I brought my car here on April 6 due to signs of an internal oil leak. I figured since I bought it here, I would have an easier time using the warranty for my repair. BOY WAS I WRONG. Trying to get a recall on my Jeep fixed here has taken not only three different service appointments (because they were incapable of having the parts there due to restrictions), but when I called to make sure they did have the parts and schedule service they did not actually have them. They then had to keep my car overnight. I expressed serious interest in a vehicle at this dealership and was fully prepared to put a deposit down so I could come pick it up that weekend.
