chat hardly ever works. communication via email is OK. shay is good but likely last time i buy here. communication issues is my gripe. i have no problem w/ restocking fee but i'll just buy locally from now on. just too much of a hassle with FFL. my loss, their gain.
we ordered a firearm listed as being in stock. It has been 8 weeks and no attempt to make an appointment has been made! communicate people!
