I personally wouldn’t live here. The HOA is ridiculous and they raise it three times every year. When maintenance needs to be done, they will skip some condos and still raise your rates. These people that run HOA are just robbing everybody or letting somebody rob us. Find a place with no HOA.
WARRING DONT BUY HEAR. the bottom units have foundation issues and have big cracks in the floor casing cracks in the walls
Chris Mitchell of the HOA is an absolute bureaucrat and a lazy, worthless person. Constantly, I have reached out to him about replacing a small bit of carpet on the landing of the second floor because it was easy to trip on and our next door neighbor was a very fragile old man who had a hard time walking around. I’ve been emailing him for almost a year to replace an area of carpet that is maybe 1 square foot big.
