2 workers hiding in back 1 running around not helping the new guy! Took 20 minutes to even get my order taken then had to wait for 10 minutes to get my ice cream! New guy thanks for trying 2 people that were just sitting there watching him I see why you make minimum wage
Ice cream was great, but we waited 30 minutes for 3 scoops of it. There was nobody else in line, they just kept talking in the back after taking our order and then ONLY making the drive through orders. After scooping one cup of ice cream, they would walk away for a bit again instead of just scooping the other 2 cones to finish our order.
I’m glad a came here before reading the reviews. Been at this place at least 5 times. The customer service was great every time. The pistachio frappe is great and sandwiches size are huge and delicious. I will came back every time I’ll visit Watford City.
