Wildcat Street Properties is hands-down the most dishonest and predatory property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Living with wildcat street has been on of THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE. I have never encountered a landlord that has this little respect for people who live at his properties. My roommates and I had to get police involved. Please save yourself thousands of unnecessary dollars and find somewhere else to live. By far one of the worst landlords and companies to rent a house from in Lexington. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. They are totally one sided and do the bare minimum to help or fix something when there’s a problem with the house. Absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars I would.
